Our staff

Godfrey Evarister – general manager

He is responsible for the founding of the company. Originally from the Haya tribe, located in Northern Tanzania, he moved to Arusha to pursue his studies in tourism and wildlife management. He initially worked with a lot of Tour Company before branching out on his own. He has nearly eight years experience in animal tracking, guiding, and tour management. He is able to speak Swahili and English, as well as French. Over the years he has developed a local network and knowledge of animals and tourists' demands. He is able to find and predicate animals' behavior and to track their whereabouts, leading you to the National Geographic image. He enjoys working and meeting new people from around the world. And with his impeccable safety record he can cruise over the toughest terrain that can be found in rural Tanzania. He is friendly and personable, and with his attention to detail he will surpass all of your conceptions of the perfect African safari.

Minka Kahrič- general manager

Minka is coming from Slovenia and loves to travel. Still as a student she started to travel all by herself and visited most of the countries of South-East Asia. Later she managed to travel to all the continents of the world (except Antarctica) and knows more than 20 countries outside of Europe. Soon after her first travel, she started to work as a tour guide. She is organizing and guiding tours in more then 15 countries around the world and she has more than 10 years of experiences in tourism industry. She is extremely dedicated to her work. She loves African mystery and she is a big admirer of African wildlife. She speaks English, German, Spanish and a little bit French.

Philippe Raquin - reservation manager

Philippe was born in France, where he studied tourism. He loves travelling, climbing and polar expeditions. He is travelling more than 20 years and he has been to many countries around the world. He climbed Kilimanjaro and participated in many expeditions in polar countries like crossing Greenland, Baffin land, reaching North Pole by skies and sledges. Many of his trips took him to different African countries, so he knows North, Central as well as South Africa. He is working in tourism for several years. With many good ideas he is our expert for making good itineraries and to satisfied taste of every client. He is experienced, extremely knowledgeable and very patient with staff and his clients. He speaks fluently English, but because his French, he is taking care of “French market” for us.

Moshi - our cook

Our company is lucky enough to have also excellent cook. He is working in tourism for several years and has a lot of experiences. He is trained, experienced and hard working cook. He prepares some of the best meals you can imagine. He is extremely friendly and helpful. But he is not only cook at our company. He is also sincere friend that supported idea to establish travel agency, so when he is not on safari, he is important member of the company when we are making plans for future.
